Description
A young, yellow-haired girl joins in the celebration of the completion and placement of a new Torah scroll. A parade forms with a flatbed truck holding the scroll and a man playing a small piano. Boys carry torches. The little girl is given a flag to wave. A policeman directs. At the synagogue everyone sings and dances. The rabbi reads from the new Torah. At last the little girl is worn out, sits in her stroller, and later is carried home.
